After months of development and testing, we have today launched Case Centre Pro for IT Support help desks.

We would like to share that we have included the following features in this initial release, more features to follow soon.

Initial Feature List

  • Built in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database
  • Up to 50 business customers
  • Unlimited number of customer users
  • Unlimited number of domestic consumers
  • Email updates to users
